Eastworks offers spacious live/work loft apartments on the fourth floor for artists and others who wish to take full advantage of the building's unique
opportunities and setting. There are 47 lofts, for rent only.

Eastworks offers a wide variety of artist studios ranging in size. Each studio has 7' x 10' windows for plenty of light. High
ceilings, close access to water, and some studios even include their own sink. Studios facing Mt. Tom and studios with softer northern light are both available.

Retail & Service Marketplace

Eastworks is a growing incubator for retail and other service-oriented businesses on the first floor, which complement the
building's studios, lofts, and offices. The Marketplace is ideal for businesses open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am - 5pm, with an established clientele.
