Beat the Winter Body Woes

Friday, Feb 3
6-8pm

Workshop that focuses on keeping your low back healthy, your knees and ankles strong, and your upper body supple during prime snow-shoveling season. Learn self-massage, stretching and strengthening exercises that you’ll be able to do in the comfort of your own home so you can keep your body in shape for the cold winter months.

Come prepared to exercise, learn and ask questions! A booklet of the exercises taught at the workshop, along with a “goodie bag” of small props utilized in the class will be given to each participant.

Cost is $50 and it is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration is required.
